Jim Feia owner of Califeia Design-Build brings to each project a natural and discriminating sense for structural and aesthetic design while listening and collaborating with his clients to develop their dreams into reality.

We are a full-service, licensed and insured general contracting company that serves clients in Central MN, Twin Cities and Stillwater areas. We are a small company by choice, minimizing our overhead while focusing on one client and project at a time. We take on any size project and also perform professional quality residential maintenance and repairs (see SERVICES).  As a member of the Central Minnesota Builder's Association, The National Association of Homebuilders and the Builder's Association of Minnesota, Califeia Design-Build continues to keep current on best practices in the industry.

Mr. Feia has lifetime experience in construction (both residential and commercial) and holds a Minnesota Contractor/Builder’s License as well as a bachelor degree from St. Cloud State University. He takes pleasure in getting to know his clients and enjoys bringing solutions and options for their living spaces that achieve the look, feel and function they want while surpassing their expectations.
